Payment Information
To ensure that you receive the highest quality of care, we accept fee for service private payment only. This policy allows for individualized care by eliminating treatment constraints often imposed by managed care corporations. This results in our ability to be more effective in providing excellent care and offering comprehensive treatment.
We accept payment in the form of cash, check, or credit card and payment is expected in full at the end of each session. We are not members of any insurance panels; however, this does not prevent you from submitting invoices to your insurance company. You remain responsible for all fees and reimbursement, if any, is between you and your insurance company.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Any client failing to do so will be required to pay the full cost of their scheduled session.
